Welcome to Vantaj
Vantaj is a lightweight logistics platform for tracking physical items in transit — built for humanitarian aid convoys, but useful for anyone who needs to know what they sent and prove it arrived.
What Vantaj does
- Log items as you pack — scan a QR code, enter the contents, take a photo
- Generate manifests and customs documentation — including HS commodity codes
- Send recipients a reconciliation link — so they can confirm what arrived
- Track across vehicles — assign boxes to vehicles and export per-vehicle manifests
Who it's for
Vantaj was built for Convoy4Ukraine — a volunteer-run operation taking medical and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. It's designed for:
- Humanitarian aid organisations and NGOs
- Anyone moving donated goods across borders
- Small businesses tracking items between locations
How it works
Vantaj uses QR code stickers attached to boxes. Volunteers scan each sticker with any smartphone — no app download required — and log the contents. Every scan adds a timestamp and approximate location. When goods arrive, recipients scan the same codes to reconcile what was received against what was sent.
The entire system is built around physical access as the security model: if you have the box, you can scan the sticker.
